LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Two people were hospitalized Saturday night after a rollover crash in central Lincoln.

Around 10:30 p.m., first responders were sent to 27th and O streets on the report of a crash.

According to the Lincoln Police Department, a red Chevy Silverado — driven by 30-year-old Nicholas Jones — was driving east on O Street from 27th.

LPD said Jones was driving in a reckless manner, spinning the vehicle’s tires and swerving back-and-forth.

Jones lost control of the pickup, struck the median causing it to roll on its side, and collided with a westbound Ford Mustang.

The driver of the Mustang was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. A passenger in the Silverado was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Jones was arrested for felony DUI causing serious bodily injury.
