One in custody after fleeing traffic stop

Lincoln police took one person into custody on Thursday morning after they fled a traffic stop.
Officers stopped the vehicle near 18 & B Streets around 12:50 a.m.
There were three men in the car and the vehicle smelled like marijuana.
The passenger in the back of the car got out of the vehicle and took off. He was later caught by officers and K-9 units.
He had 45 grams of marijuana and a scale on him at the time he was arrested, as well as an active arrest warrant for theft.
