One injured in crash on Highway 34 in York County
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The York County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a two-vehicle crash Thursday on Highway 34.
The crash happened around 6 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 81 and Highway 34.
Details of the crash are unknown, but a person was taken to a York hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening.
The sheriff’s office said this comes just a few months after the county experienced several deadly crashes on Highway 34.
Since then, the Nebraska Department of Transportation has installed rumble bars approaching the intersection to “help stop dangerous crashes.”
