One injured in crash on Highway 6 near Waverly
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – One person was injured Wednesday morning in a crash on Highway 6 near Waverly.
The crash happened on Highway 6 near the westbound Interstate 80 exit ramp around 7:25 a.m.
The Nebraska State Patrol said a vehicle turning right onto Highway 6 was t-boned in the intersection.
One person was trapped in their vehicle and extricated. They were later taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A part of Highway 6 was shut down as authorities responded to the crash. The road has since been reopened.
