One killed in multi-vehicle crash on eastern Nebraska highway

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A person was killed Monday in a multi-vehicle crash in eastern Nebraska.

The crash happened around 5:35 p.m. at Highway 133 and County Road P26, just south of Blair.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office said an eastbound Ford Mustang went through a stop sign and clipped an Infiniti Q50.

The Mustang continued east and was hit by a southbound Ford F-150, according to the sheriff’s office.

A passenger in the Mustang was pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver of that vehicle was taken to a hospital in Omaha with unknown injuries.

The driver of the F-150, a 48-year-old man from Omaha, was taken to a hospital in Blair.

The sheriff’s office said the driver of the Infiniti was not injured.
