Otoe County Sheriff’s Office investigating fatal tractor crash
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Otoe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal tractor crash that happened on Friday.
Sheriffs said they responded to an accident involving a tractor near the intersection of County Road 20 and County Road I just after 4:30 p.m.
Early investigations show the tractor was being driven southbound on County Road 20 when it left the road and rolled into a ditch, pinning the driver.
86-year-old Larry Halvorsen of Unadilla was pronounced dead at the scene, according to law enforcement.
The Otoe County Sheriff’s Office said the accident is still under investigation.
