Over 1,000 wooden pallets stolen from southeast Lincoln business, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are searching for a thief who has stolen over 1,000 wooden pallets from a southeast Lincoln business.
The thefts have been reported at the Tractor Supply Company near 91st Street and Nebraska Parkway.
On Feb. 13, a person was seen entering the business’s parking lot in the middle of the night and loading up a flatbed trailer full of wooden pallets.
Police said the person has stolen over 1,000 wooden pallets from the business in the last couple of months.
The thief was seen driving a black pickup truck with a flatbed trailer.
Police are also seeking a group involved in a series of shoplifting cases at Walmarts across Nebraska.
In a recent case, a man stole two Apple Watches and two Air Pod Pros at the Walmart near 84th Street and Nebraska Parkway.
Police said the man “deceived” the employees by claiming it was a Spark order and left the store without paying.
He was seen being picked up by a white Chrysler Town and Country with Florida plates.
Investigators think the man is part of a group that has been targeting Walmarts in Lincoln, Omaha, York, Crete and Grand Island.
Anyone with information on either case is asked to call police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
