Part of 27th Street in central Lincoln to close Monday

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Part of 27th Street will be closed Monday, the city says.

On Friday, the Lincoln Transportation and Utilities Department announced that 27th will shut down from J to L streets for private crane work.

The closure will last from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The east sidewalk will also be closed during that time, according to LTU.

Drivers are suggested to take J Street to 33rd Street to O Street.
