LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A part of Fletcher Avenue in northeast Lincoln was shut down Tuesday due to a “road hazard,” police say.

In a post to social media, the Lincoln Police Department said the road was closed between 63rd and 70th streets around 11:30 a.m.

LPD spokeswoman Erika Thomas said an oversized load got stuck turning in the area.

The road was reopened around 3:45 p.m.
