LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – It’s the second snow day this week in Nebraska.
A winter storm warning is in effect across eastern Nebraska that will continue into at least Friday afternoon.
Channel 8 Meteorologist Jessica Blum said eastern Nebraska could see over 4 inches of snow.

The winds and cold temperatures will together create dangerous conditions for anyone venturing outside, Blum said.
