LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A herd of bison were running wild in Phelps County after getting loose Wednesday morning.
The Phelps County Sheriff’s Office said more than 100 of the animals got loose from a lot.
The bison were still being corralled as of 11 a.m., and were generally in the area of Holdrege, Loomis and Atlanta, Neb.
Anyone who sees the animals is asked to call the Phelps County Sheriff’s Office at 308-995-5692.
