Pickup rolls over, crashes into fence south of Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A pickup truck ended up on its top south of Lincoln on Friday as roads became slick.

It happened about 4 p.m. on Nebraska Highway 2 near Jamaica Avenue.

The pickup went into a ditch and crashed through a fence, according to a Channel 8 reporter at the scene.

The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office said the driver — who was the only one in the truck — was trapped inside.

Hickman Fire & Rescue pulled out the driver, who suffered minor injuries.
