Pickup truck collides with snowplow near Bennington, sheriff's office says

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office on Monday reported a snowplow accident near Bennington.

The sheriff’s office reported the accident just before 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of 166th Avenue and Ida Street.

The picture of the accident shows a Ford F-150 with heavy damage caused by the blade of the snowplow.

According to the sheriff’s office, there were minor injuries. It is unclear if anyone was transported to the hospital.

The sheriff’s office asked people to avoid the area, as both vehicles are blocking the road.
