Pillen said storms from May 20 to June 3 caused $11.5 million in damage to public infrastructure.

The storms brought tornadoes, high winds and flooding.

Lincoln County was part of a state disaster declaration but did not have enough damage to qualify for federal aid, the governor’s office said.
