Plenty of Sunshine, Highs in the 80s this Weekend

Happy Friday and plenty of sunshine is in the forecast to kick off the weekend tonight with some high school football! Our game of the week features Raymond Central taking on Lincoln Lutheran at Aldrich field in Lincoln. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. with temperatures still in the upper 70s.
Temperatures will remain in the 60s for most of the overnight hours, dropping into the 50s just before sunrise.
Low temperatures this evening across southeast Nebraska will fall to the upper 50s with mostly clear skies.
Saturday looks to be a good day to hit the links with highs reaching the upper 70s and lower 80s in Lincoln. Mostly sunny skies with winds shifting to be out of the north during the afternoon, which will help limit those high temperatures.

Plenty of activities in an around the Capital City this weekend, and some great weather to enjoy some time outside. Expect mostly sunny skies with temperatures warming up into the mid-80s on Sunday.
Temperatures remain in the lower and upper 80s heading into the start of October. Winds pick up during the first half of next week, with plenty of sunshine continuing through the first week of the month.
