Police arrest three for early morning burglary

Three people were arrested after a neighbor saw them burglarizing a home, police said.
It happened at 5:00 a.m. Monday morning at a home near 39th and Holdrege street.
28-year-old Daniel Seaman and 32-year-old Garland Northrop were seen stealing storage totes from a garage and loading them into a silver SUV, driven by 29-year-old Anna Godfrey.
Seaman resisted officers attempt to arrest him.
Northrup ran from the area and was caught a short distance away.
The SUV that Godfrey was driving had been reported stolen out of Lincoln earlier in July.
Northrop was arrested for burglary, theft by receiving and failure to comply. Seaman was arrested for burglary, theft by receiving, resist arrest and obstructing a peace officer. Godfrey was arrested for burglary and theft by receiving.
