UPDATE: Police still seeking 4th suspect in Jessica Brandon homicide

Update: Lincoln Police Chief Jeff Bleimeister said Monday morning they are still searching for a fourth suspect in the death of Jessica Brandon. Three others were arrested Friday in Omaha and Texas. 25-year-old Donte Williams was arrested in Omaha and is now being held in the Lancaster County Jail. 26–year–old Damon Williams Jr. and 25-year-old Tawhyne Patterson were arrested in Texas and will be extradited to Nebraska according to Bleimeister.
The police chief said a fourth suspect came to the home the night before the homicide and they are still trying to identify the suspect. Police are still asking for the public’s assistance. Bleimeister didn’t say which suspect fired the gun or mention a motive for the shooting.

Twenty-five–year–old Dante Williams was arrested in Omaha, while 26–year–old Damon Williams Jr. and 25-year-old Tawhyne Patterson were arrested in Texas.
Police won’t give much more detail, other than all three have ties to Nebraska.
LPD said in an attempted robbery on July 31st, four intruders broke into a home near 19th and Fairfield streets and they shot Jessica, who later died.
Surveillance camera video showed three people kicking in the door of Brandon’s home. Police said information from tips was crucial in identifying the three.
Police believe Brandon’s death was part of a home invasion robbery. They said drugs and money were found in the home. Brandon’s boyfriend was arrested on drug charges and he’s now out on bail.
The three suspects have not yet been charged and Lincoln police said more arrests are possible.

Lincoln Police arrested three men in the murder of Jessica Brandon.

The police believe the three men broke into Brandon’s Northwest Lincoln home July 31, went inside and shot the 36-year-old mother.
The investigation into Jessica’s homicide and the motive leading up to the shooting is ongoing. Additional arrests are possible.
