Police identify pedestrian killed in north Lincoln crash

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police have identified the pedestrian who was killed in a crash Friday night.

The crash happened at 27th Street and Old Dairy Road around 7:15 p.m.

When first responders arrived, they found 64-year-old Steven Keith suffering from life-threatening injuries, police said.

He was taken to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

Police said Keith was crossing the street when he was hit.

A part of 27th Street was shut down as police investigated the crash.
