Police investigate north Lincoln stabbing

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Police are looking for the assailant in a Friday stabbing in north Lincoln.

Officers were sent to 49th Street and Madison Avenue about 5:30 p.m. on a report that someone had been stabbed with a knife, police said.

The person’s wounds were not life-threatening, according to the Lincoln Police Department.

Police said the suspect is still at large.

The investigation is active, according to LPD.
