Police investigating after body found in northwest Lincoln

Lincoln Police are investigating after a body was found in northwest Lincoln. 

The body was discovered around 8 a.m. Thursday near Bittersweet Drive and Northwest 2nd Street. 

Investigators are still processing the scene. 

A police spokeswoman said it’s too early to tell if there’s anything suspicious about the scene or if foul play is involved.
