Police investigating armed robbery at O’Reilly Auto Parts in north Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A Lincoln auto parts store was robbed Sunday night, and the thieves are on the run, police say.

The Lincoln Police Department went to O’Reilly Auto Parts near 84th and Adams streets on a report of a robbery.

Employees said two males entered the store and one of them pointed a shotgun at the workers, telling them to cooperate.

Police said the employees were then moved into an office where they opened the safe for the robbers.

An unknown amount of money was taken, according to police.

The robbers were described as a white male wearing a hoodie, and a black male wearing a white shirt.
