Police investigating back-to-back robberies in north Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are investigating after two people were robbed Tuesday night in north Lincoln.
The first robbery happened around 9:30 p.m. near 27th and Q streets.
The victim reported that a man approached his vehicle, opened the door and pointed a gun at him.
Police said the man left with the victim’s wallet.

A few minutes later, the second robbery was reported less than a mile north at 27th and Orchard streets.
An unknown man grabbed the victim, pulled him to the ground and demanded money, according to police.
The victim had injuries to his chest and elbow, police said. His phone was also damaged.
Both victims gave a similar description of the robber.
