Police investigating break-in at southeast Lincoln vape shop

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are investigating an early Tuesday morning break-in at a southeast Lincoln vape shop.

Around 5 a.m., officers responded to Hemp Boss near 91st Street and Nebraska Parkway after an alarm went off.

The store’s glass front door was broken and “various” vape-related products were scattered on the floor, police said.

Surveillance video captured a person wearing dark clothing breaking into the business.

The thief left the area in a red SUV.  It’s unknown how much merchandise was stolen.

Police estimate the business had $1,000 in damage.
