Police investigating burglary at Subway in southeast Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are looking for the burglar who ran off with cash after breaking into a Subway in southeast Lincoln on Sunday.
Around 7:40 a.m., an employee at the Subway near 48th and Van Dorn Streets found that the front door had been shattered.
Police said the register, which had an undisclosed amount of cash inside, was empty.
The business had about $750 in damage, according to police. An investigation is ongoing.
