Police investigating sexual assaults at Bishop Neumann High School in Wahoo

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Wahoo Police Department is investigating reported sexual assaults at Bishop Neumann High School.

In a search warrant affidavit, police said it received a report on April 23 of a student being sexually assaulted by three students.

A video of the assault was posted on Snapchat.  On May 1, a judge granted a warrant to seize the phone it was recorded on.

Investigators later learned there have been “other incidents” of students being “sodomized” by their classmates, the affidavit said.

As of Thursday morning, no charges have been filed in the case.  An investigation is ongoing.
