Police investigating vandalism inside bathroom at York park
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The York Police Department is seeking the public’s help in an investigation into vandalism at a park’s bathroom.
In a social media post on Tuesday, police said the women’s bathroom at Harrison Park was vandalized. The time of the incident is unknown.
York County Crime Stoppers shared photos of the vandalized bathroom stall in the social media post.
Police said officers have investigated “multiple” reports of vandalism at the city’s parks and recreation areas.
“We ask that citizens respect the public restrooms provided to the community by the parks and recreation department,” police said in a Facebook post. “Continued vandalisms may result in a closure of restroom facilities.”
