Police looking for man who reportedly groped teen outside Lincoln grocery store

Lincoln Police say a teenage girl reported being groped by a man outside a Lincoln grocery store Tuesday around 11:00 p.m. 

Police say the 15-year-old girl was outside the Russ’s Market near 17th and Washington. 

She told police a man walked toward her and began to smile, then grabbed her shoulder and used his other hand to grope her over her clothes. 

Police say the teen yelled and the man ran away. 

The man is described as an Asian male, around 5’3" with a slim build, dark hair in his late 40s. 

Police say he was wearing a long sleeve bright orange shirt. 

LPD is asking anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
