One dead after two motorcycles crash in east Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was killed Sunday night in a crash involving two motorcycles in east Lincoln.

Lincoln Police responded to the crash near 84th and A streets around 5:15 p.m.

Police said two men were thrown from their motorcycles.

First responders tried to save a motorcyclist’s life, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Lincoln Fire & Rescue took the other man to a local hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

Police have shut down A Street between 82nd and 84th as they continue to investigate.
