Police searching for two suspects in Fourth of July gun fight

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln Police are looking for a pair of suspects after reports of two men firing handguns at each other on the Fourth of July.

It happened at 10:15 p.m. around 3600 N 3rd Street, near Max E. Roper Park.

When officers arrived at the scene they talked to a group of people lighting off fireworks and found a 9mm shell casing but no damage or victims, police say.
