Police searching for vandal who threw Molotov cocktail at Lincoln school
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln Police Department is looking for a vandal who threw a Molotov cocktail at a high school last month.
On Nov. 14, the principal at Lincoln Northeast High School reported what appeared to be a Molotov cocktail.
Fire investigators found a broken Starbucks glass bottle, which had a piece of cloth sticking out, according to police.
The person threw it at the building near the auto shop. It burned the side of the building, police said.
Security cameras captured a Pontiac G6 leaving the property around the time of the fire.
Police are also searching for a woman who stole a cash box from Main Street Cafe on Friday.
The theft happened during a shooting outside of the bar near 13th and O streets.
The woman in the black, white and red jacket was seen in a security video taking the bar’s cash box.
Police also shared photos of the four women the thief was hanging out with at the bar.
