Popular Lincoln street now closed for emergency water main repair

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln Transportation and Utilities Department announced the closure of a popular Lincoln street.
Holdrege Street between 63rd and 65th streets is now closed due to an emergency water main repair project.
Water service is expected to be restored around 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, officials said.
Additional street repairs will be needed and are expected to be completed by Feb. 6.
