Portion of MoPac Trail set to close Wednesday

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln Parks and Recreation Department announced the partial closure of the MoPac Trail.

On Wednesday, the trail will close from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. between North 48th and 56th streets for tree work.

According to officials, the project is expected to be completed by Thursday.

Trail users are advised to plan ahead and use alternate routes.
