Portions of Yankee Hill Rd. to close Thursday
Starting Thursday at 8 a.m., the eastbound lanes of Yankee Hill Road from 40th to 56th streets will be closed until Tuesday, August 13th for utility work.
Black Hills Energy will test gas lines in the area.
Electronic signs will alert drivers to the road work and lane closures, drivers are encouraged to find alternate routes.
Lincoln Transportation and Utilities urges drivers to use caution around work zones.
