Nebraska woman sentenced for hiding 91 grams of meth in her pants

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A woman will spend more than 11 years behind bars for her role in a Nebraska drug operation.
Jade Wondercheck was sentenced Friday for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says the 44-year-old Holdrege woman was caught leaving a house that Omaha Police were watching in 2022.
Officers had previously pulled over three vehicles leaving the home that each had a pound of meth or cocaine.
Police said a vehicle Wondercheck was in failed to signal a turn, so it was stopped as well.
The officer reported smelling marijuana and seeing open beer bottles inside.
The officer then found 91 grams of pure meth in Wondercheck’s pants.
She’ll spend five years under supervision after her release from prison.
