President Joe Biden will make his first address to a joint session of Congress later today

WASHINGTON (KLKN)- President Joe Biden will make his first address to a joint session of Congress later today.

The address will include his sweeping infrastructure plan. Wednesday’s address is designated as a national special security event, with attendance limitations, due to covid-19 protocol.

Senate Democrats are using a lottery system to determine what caucus members will attend.
