Property Valuation Protest Deadline is July 1st

The Lancaster County Clerk Dan Nolte is reminding property owners that the final day to file valuation protest is Monday, July 1st.

That’s next week.

The Clerk’s Office will be open until 6 p.m. on Monday to help people wanting to file a protest in person.

The office is located at the County City Building, 555 S. 10th St, Room 108.

Protests can also be filed online at lancaster.ne.gov (keyword: protest).

A copy of the protest form is also available online at that address as well.

Mail must be postmarked no later than July 1st.
