Recall Alert: children’s nightgowns, electric fireplaces and mirrors

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Over 13,000 children’s nightgowns are being recalled. They are sold by iMOONZZZ, exclusively on Amazon. The children’s nightgowns fail to meet the flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

If you have the recalled nightgowns, contact iMOONZZZ for a full refund. You will be asked to destroy the garments by cutting them in half and disposing of them in accordance with local state recycling laws. The company is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Twin-Star International is recalling over 14,000 of its infrared quartz electric fireplaces, exclusively sold at Lowe’s. The electric fireplaces can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

If you have the recalled product, contact Twin-Star for a full refund. You should also complete the online recall registration form on the company’s website.

IKEA is expanding its recall of mirrors. The plastic fittings that attach the mirror to the wall can break, causing the mirror to fall. The company says this poses a laceration hazard to consumers.

If you have the recalled mirror, contact IKEA to order a free set of replacement wall fittings and instructions. Customers can also return the mirror to any IKEA store for a full refund. Proof of purchase is not required.
