Recall Alert: furnaces, bicycle brakes and floating devices
LINCOLN, Neb.(KLKN)- Allied Air Enterprises is recalling over 9,200 of its Armstrong Air and Air Ease Gas Furnaces. A component inside the furnace was improperly assembled, causing it to produce high levels of carbon monoxide under certain operating conditions. The company says this poses a risk of carbon monoxide poisoning to the consumer.
You can contact Allied Air Enterprises to schedule a free in-home repair by an authorized technician who will replace the incorrect component. The company is also contacting all known distributers directly, who will work with dealers to contact all known consumers who purchased the recalled units.
Trek is recalling over 96,000 of its Promax Hydraulic Disc Brakes. The brake hose can detach from the brake lever, posing a crash hazard. If you have the recalled product, contact a local authorized Trek dealer for a free inspection and repair.

Huish is recalling over 7,100 of its Oceanic SCUBA Diving Buoyancy Compensating Devices. The handle for the weight pockets can break during use. If this happens, you will not be able to dump weight pockets in an emergency to rise to the surface and this poses a drowning hazard.
