The Jiff peanut butter recall is now impacting more than its jars.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)- The Jif peanut butter recall is now impacting more than its jars. A growing number of snacks are being pulled from stores and vending machines nationwide. The recall now includes baked goods, peanut butter cups and sandwiches made with Jif.

The CDC says its still due to a possible salmonella outbreak. At least 16 people from 12 states have been infected now, with two hospitalized.

Free Birdees just recalled over 1,500 of its kids’ pajamas.

The company says they fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, and this poses a risk of burn injuries to children. If your child has these recalled pajamas, contact Free Birdees for a full refund.

The company is also asking you to destroy the garments by cutting them in half and sending them a picture. Free Birdees is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Asweets is recalling 2,000 of its Wonder and Wise activity tables. The company says screws can become loose or detach from the xylophone component of the activity tables, and this poses a choking hazard to young children.
