Retrial for man accused of killing cellmate delayed
A re-trial for the man accused of killing his cellmate at Tecumseh State Correctional Institution has been delayed.
Eric Ramos faces a re-trial in the murder of Michael Galindo during a 2017 prison uprising because a Nebraska State Patrol Investigator met with a prison staff witness.
A new date has not been set, but the trial will take place in Saline County.
