Rocks thrown through windows of two Lincoln daycares, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are investigating after rocks were thrown through windows at two Lincoln daycares on Tuesday.
Just before 10 a.m., officers were sent to a daycare near 17th and Burnham streets on a report of vandalism.
A rock had been thrown through one of the building’s windows, causing around $300 in damage, police said.
Outside near the broken window, investigators found a plastic bag containing a bottle with gasoline inside.
About 90 minutes later, officers responded to an in-home daycare near 11th and G streets, which also had a rock thrown through a window.
Police estimated the daycare had $250 in damage.
No one was hurt in either incident, according to LPD.
