Rollover crash injures two in northeast Nebraska

STANTON, Neb. (KLKN) – The Stanton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash around 3:30 p.m. Saturday near Pilger.
A 15-year-old drove off the road, overcorrected, crossed into the west ditch and rolled twice, according to the sheriff’s office.
The driver and a 74-year-old passenger were both taken to a nearby hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
The sheriff’s office said the vehicle is a total loss. Pilger and Wisner Rescue also responded to the scene.
The driver had a learner’s permit.
