School bus crash in Omaha sends 15 to hospital

Omaha Police are investigating an accident involving a school bus this afternoon.

It happened near 108th and Fort around 4 o’clock. The bus apparently collided with a utility truck, then rolled down a hill and hit the fence of an OPPD substation. 

The bus driver and two eight year olds went to Nebraska Medicine for treatment of injuries that are not considered life threatening..     

Another dozen students were taken by different school bus to Children’s Hospital to be checked out.
