Second arrest made in robbery of Lincoln teen outside North Star High School

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police made a second arrest Thursday in a robbery outside North Star High School in Lincoln last month.
Fomo Mohamed, 18, was identified as the second suspect in the robbery that happened near the school’s track on Aug. 22.
Police said Mohamed and 18-year-old Angelo Givans stole a 15-year-old boy’s shoes, backpack, laptop, phone, headphones and inhaler.
The school’s resource officer identified Givans in the surveillance video of the robbery.
Investigators found Mohamed in a vehicle, which was involved in the robbery, near 84th and O streets on Thursday.
He was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
