Semi driver ticketed after rollover crash on rural Nebraska highway
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A semi driver was cited Tuesday after a rollover crash on a highway in rural Merrick County.
The sheriff’s office said the crash happened around 3:20 p.m. at Highway 30 and 26th Road, just northeast of Central City.
A semi was heading eastbound on Highway 30 when it hit a minivan that was turning onto 26th road, officials said.
The collision caused the semi to go into the ditch and roll over.
No one was injured in either vehicle.
The Clarks Fire and Rescue Department assisted deputies at the scene.
