Several injured in two-vehicle crash in Lincoln’s Near South neighborhood

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Three people were taken to a hospital Monday after a crash in the Near South neighborhood.

The two-vehicle crash happened around 11 a.m. at the intersection of 16th and D streets.

A Lincoln Police officer at the scene said a vehicle on D Street ran a stop sign and crashed into a southbound car.

Three people had injuries that were not life-threatening.  A part of the road was temporarily shut down.
