Several shots fired in central Lincoln neighborhood; No one injured

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are investigating several shots that were fired Tuesday morning in a central Lincoln neighborhood.

Around 4 a.m., officers were sent to 40th and Randolph streets after a report of gunshots being heard in the area.

When officers arrived, they found eight spent 9 mm shell casings in the street, according to police.

No one was injured, and officers did not find any property damage, LPD said.

A doorbell camera captured a white “newer model” SUV quickly driving away after the gunshots were heard.
