Severe potential across eastern Nebraska into Saturday evening

Widespread scattered storms are possible late this afternoon into the evening. The latest timing for these storms with one of our latest versions of Stormcast can be found in the video below.

There is some uncertainty with placement of storms in any given location, but stay weather aware into tonight!

The latest update in the severe potential for this evening from the Storm Prediction Center still has eastern Nebraska highlighted in a Slight (Level 2 of 5) risk.

We’ll be watching for all severe hazards possible with storms that will be more isolated in nature, with a few tornadoes possible.

Sat Tor Risk

Large hail will be a possibility with any storms that form through the evening.

Sat Hail Risk

Damaging winds will be included in the potential threats tonight.
