Shane Tilley In Court

The man who was found not guilty in the stabbing death of his friend was in court Monday.

19-year-old Shane Tilley is being transferred from the Lincoln Regional Center for a mental re-evaluation.

He was found not-guilty for the death of 19-year-old Andrew Leubben, by reason of insanity.

Officials say Leubben was stabbed 24 times outside an apartment complex near 44th and Huntington.

During the trial, the defense argued that Tilley had a history of Bipolar disorder, which led him to drugs.
