Shotgun swiped overnight, police still investigating

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A shotgun worth hundreds of dollars was swiped from a vehicle overnight.

Wednesday morning, Lincoln Police were called to the 5200 block of Wilshire where they contacted a 24-year-old victim.

He said his Stoeger 12 gauge shotgun had been in the back seat of his 2015 GMC Sierra pick up, inside a case. Sometime during the night, a suspect entered the unlocked vehicle and grabbed the gun, valued at 800 dollars.
